Before creating Embodied Icon, I built my first business in the wellness space from the ground up. I started as a certified health coach, helping women heal their bodies and reconnect with themselves. Within a few years, I scaled that business to multiple six figures, served hundreds of clients, and built a thriving online community. From the outside, it looked like I had made it.

But behind the scenes, I was exhausted.
My business had grown faster than my nervous system could hold it. I was hustling, pushing, and constantly chasing the next goal, operating from survival instead of safety. When I hit my first $25K month, my body finally crashed. I had the success I thought I wanted, but I didn’t have the capacity to sustain it.

That collapse became my turning point.

I realized it wasn’t my strategy that was broken, it was my foundation. So I rebuilt everything from the inside out: my business model, my identity, and my relationship with success itself. I began regulating my nervous system, rewiring my subconscious, and embodying a new level of safety and power within myself.

Everything changed.
Business stopped being survival and became expansion, ease, and overflow.

Now, through Embodied Icon and The Nervous-System Revolution for Women in Business, I mentor ambitious women who are ready to rise as regulated leaders, women who crave strategy that feels safe, visibility that feels grounded, and wealth that feels sustainable.
