I didn’t start out teaching strategy, embodiment, or nervous-system leadership.
I started as a vegan health coach, helping women heal their bodies, balance their hormones, and reconnect to their energy.

But as I built my first business, I realized something no strategy course ever taught me, knowing what to do isn’t enough if your body can’t hold it.

For years, I ran my business the way I thought I “should”:
show up every day, push harder, outwork the doubt.
And it worked, on paper.
But behind the scenes, I was exhausted, anxious, and quietly miserable.

Then came the moment everything changed.

I was in Greece with a group of entrepreneur friends — women living the exact freedom I had been chasing.
While they were out swimming and laughing, I was locked in my hotel room, hunched over my laptop, in pain from my period, trying to keep up with the version of success I thought I needed to sustain.
When one of them asked, “How are you really?”, I broke down.

That was my awakening:
What’s the point of a successful business if it costs me my body and my joy?

From that day on, I built differently.
I started studying the nervous system, feminine energy, and subconscious reprogramming.
I restructured my business around regulation, alignment, and truth.
I stopped chasing, started leading, and watched everything shift:

✨ I worked less, and earned more.
✨ Clients came easily, without forcing or proving.
✨ Selling became natural, not performative.
✨ And most importantly, I felt free again.

That experience became the foundation of my work.

Through my signature programs like Embodied Business and Strategy Alchemy,
I now teach women how to scale with nervous-system safety, identity alignment, and embodied strategy,
so their business grows because they’re regulated, not in spite of it.

Because true success isn’t just about money.
It’s about building a business that your body, your nervous system, and your soul can actually hold.
