i’m jess, the founder of Embodied ICon

 

I didn’t start out as a business coach—I started in vegan health coaching, helping women heal their bodies, balance their hormones, and reclaim their energy. I loved what I was doing, but as I built my business, I quickly realized that knowing what to do wasn’t enough—I had to become the woman who could hold success with ease.

At first, I followed the masculine business model—showing up every day, pushing harder, and believing that the more I worked, the more successful I’d be. And yes, I saw results… but at a cost. I was exhausted, constantly doubting myself, and stuck in a cycle of overworking without ever feeling like I was "there" yet.

Then came the moment everything changed.

I was in Greece with my entrepreneur friends—women who were running their businesses with ease, traveling, and enjoying the freedom they had created. Meanwhile, I was locked in my room, working non-stop, in horrible pain from my period, while they were out enjoying life. When I finally stepped away from my laptop, my friend asked me how I was doing, and I broke down in tears.

That’s when I realized:

I knew something had to change.

I started exploring feminine energy, subconscious reprogramming, and business strategies that worked with my natural rhythms instead of against them. I stopped trying to force success and instead aligned my business with how I actually wanted to live.

That’s when I knew I had to teach this to other women.

I created Embodied Business to help female entrepreneurs break free from burnout, self-doubt, and rigid business models so they can scale to $10K+ months in flow.

Through subconscious reprogramming, energetic alignment, and business strategy designed for women, I teach my clients how to create effortless, sustainable success. Instead of forcing their way to the next level, they learn how to attract, receive, and expand their businesses in a way that feels good.
