i’m jess, the founder of Embodied ICon
I didn’t start out as a business coach—I started in vegan health coaching, helping women heal their bodies, balance their hormones, and reclaim their energy. I loved what I was doing, but as I built my business, I quickly realized that knowing what to do wasn’t enough—I had to become the woman who could hold success with ease.

When I finally stepped away from my laptop, my friend asked me how I was doing, and I broke down in tears.
